Order & Shipping Questions
How long does it take to ship my coffee?
We will start working on your order right away. Generally, it takes 7-10 days to see your shipment at your door. Please keep in mind as we approach the holiday season, there may be shipping delays.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your item(s) is lost, take the tracking information directly to your local post office for further direction. We are not held responsible for any damages caused during the shipping process. Make sure to save the envelope/bag and the damaged merchandise to take to your local post office. If damage is unrelated to shipping, please email us at info@upbeatcoffee.com.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, you will be charged to reship the item to the correct address. Items cannot be reshipped until shipping is paid.
If you need to change your address before your order is shipped, please send an email to info@upbeatcoffee.com with the order number and correct address.
What if I receive the wrong order?
Contact us at info@upbeatcoffee.com so we can correct the issue.
What is the return policy for my order?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Contact info@upbeatcoffee.com to begin your claim.
Can I order internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship inside the USA.
What are business hours for Upbeat Coffee?
We are around Monday - Friday during normal business hours and excluding holidays. Product is shipped according to the USPS schedule of business hours and holidays.

Those who subscribe to the Upbeat Coffee Club will also enjoy other perks, goodies and giveaways to help share even more positivity. You can edit your order or cancel at anytime.
Can I edit or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can easily edit your delivery frequencies, edit your blend or cancel your future deliveries at any time. There is no long term obligation. Simply locate your subscription email from Recharge and click on the Manage Subscription link in that email. This takes you directly to your customer portal where you can make changes to your account.

What roast of Upbeat Coffee is best for me?
On Cloud Nine
Our light roast. A blend of Guatemalan, Colombian, and Brazilian beans. It is deeply nuanced and perfect for a good pour over just to throw in the coffee machine as a daily driver.
Walking On Sunshine
Our medium roast. A balanced combination of Mexican and Brazilian coffee beans giving this roast a chocolate-forward, nutty, and syrupy flavor profile.
The Extra Mile
Our dark roast. Smooth and velvety texture with the perfect balance of nuttiness, cocoa, and warm spices.
Take It Easy
Our decaf roast. Velvety smooth texture with a touch of brightness to enjoy morning, noon and night.
Are there any k-cup options available?
No, not at this time. However, you can order a ground coffee blend and add it into a reusable k-cup.
Where is the coffee from?
Our coffee is sourced from ethical, fair trade sources from around the world and roasted in Oregon.

How long does it take to ship my merch order?
We will start working on your order right away. Accessories are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days. Clothing items are made to order and are typically fulfilled and shipped within 7-14 business days. Once your items are shipped, allow for 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS. *Coffee is shipped separately from merch and accessories
What's the return policy on merch?
Unfortunately, there is no return policy for merch or accessories. These items are made to order so there are no returns, refunds or exchanges available.
